◎ Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GoQoo Online Entertainment Limited be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Website or the failure to provide support services, even if GoQoo Online Entertainment Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

◎ Disputes
If there is any dispute between you and us about or involving the Website or the Service, by using the Website or the Service, you agree that the dispute will be governed by the laws of Taiwan without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to personal jurisdiction under and venue in the federal court located in Taiwan for the resolution of any such dispute. Taiwan Taipei Distric Court will be the place for the first trial.

We assume no responsibility for the Internet stability and service (including but not limited to users’requests, service interruption, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, immediate responses, safety and errors).
