If your CaraQ Desktop Toy is not reacting, it is all because your Skype API does not  allow the program to use your Skype. Or, you have an old version. Please allow your Skype API to authorize the use of your CaraQ applications.

1. First, please close your CaraQ Avatar Maker and CaraQ Desktop Toy.

2. Click "Tools" on your Skype to open a menu, and then click "Options” to get in your preference menu.



3. Find "Advanced” and click “Manage other programs’ access to Skype” for re-authorization.




4. Remove CaraQ Avatar Maker and CaraQ Desktop Toy from the list. Then, click OK.




5. Open your CaraQ Avatar Maker and CaraQ Desktop Toy. Your will see a new requesting window from Skype.
Please choose "Allow this program to use Skype."

Then,  your CaraQ Desktop Toy should work.
