Open your skype and click Tools. There is a "Do More" button. Find "Organize your Extras" after you have clicked the "Do more" button.

Click "Orgranize your Extras" to open your Skype Extras Manager. Find “CaraQ Avatar”, and click the menu button. You wiil find an uninstall option in the list.

When you click the uninstall option, the system will request your confirmation. Click yes if you want to uninstall CaraQ Avatar.

Please Make sure that the Desktop toy process (AvatarMaker.exe ,CaraQPlayer.exe)  is not running on Task Manager .
