If you are unable to install the program, please check:
1. Check for the minimum requirements that listed above.
2. If you have purchased your computer before June 2003, please check for the update version of your graphic card.
3. Check for your firewall or Anti-virus software if you have any. Did it block the program?
4. Did you open the BT or any emule that share a lot of your bandwidth?
5. If your Internet starts to slow down, check for the virus and see if your computer has been infected.
6. Check for your ID and Password, see if they are inputed correctly.
If you have check all the problems that listed above, it could be the version of your CaraQ program.
Please close all CaraQ applications, and download the newest version and re-install it.
